We serve small and medium-sized businesses across industries — service-based firms, creative studios, consultants, professional practices, and established solopreneurs — as well as individuals seeking organized personal financial records.
Yes. We're Florida-based but deliver bookkeeping remotely and securely, so we support clients across the United States.
QuickBooks Online is our primary bookkeeping and accounting platform. We also support clients migrating from QuickBooks Desktop, Wave, Xero, or spreadsheets as part of onboarding.
For accurate bookkeeping we may request view-only financial access — we never request the ability to move money. All access is minimized, documented, and handled through secure channels. Many clients also grant us accountant-level access within QuickBooks Online.
Most engagements are flat-rate monthly, quarterly, or project-based. For higher-volume businesses we offer per-transaction pricing on top of a monthly base fee. Every proposal is custom to your actual volume and complexity — no surprises.
No — we don't prepare or file tax returns. Our role is to make sure your books are accurate, reconciled, and clean, so your CPA or tax preparer has exactly what they need. We're happy to coordinate directly with your tax professional.
Most onboardings take one to two weeks from signed engagement to first full month of bookkeeping. If a cleanup project is part of the scope, we complete that first to establish an accurate starting point.
Not at all — it's actually very common. We specialize in quietly restoring order to records that have fallen behind. You won't be judged, rushed, or made to feel small about where things stand. We simply begin, and we build from there.
Primarily by email, with scheduled calls as needed. Growth and Established clients include quarterly or monthly review calls. We respond to emails within one business day, and we keep communication calm and respectful of your time.
Monthly engagements run month-to-month after onboarding, with a short notice period if either party needs to conclude the arrangement. Project engagements have defined scopes and timelines.
You don't need to decide alone. A short discovery call is the fastest way to identify the right fit — and we often recommend a smaller engagement when that's honestly what suits your situation best.
